* Authors may submit more than one abstract but may present a maximum of two papers (whether as presenting author or co-author). Authors submitting more than one paper are requested to pay an additional % 50 for each extra paper.
*At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration for the conference in order to be included in the electronic conference proceedings.
* For papers to be included in the conference program, at least one of the authors should register for the conference.
* Participants from Türkiye should pay the registration fee in Turkish Lira (TRY). International participants should pay in euros (EUR).
* The registration deadline for the IECES 2026 is October 17, 2026.
